Workshop Description:
This workshop is designed for anyone looking to feel their body in a new way and move differently by understanding flexibility and movement. It’s all about feeling sexy in our minds by embracing freedom in our own bodies.
What to Expect:
Tips for Flexibility: Understand your body and learn about muscle mechanics during the warm-up.
Body Mobility: Exercises to enhance mobility throughout the warm-up.
Accro-Dance Movements: Learn some easy accro-dance movements.
Choreography: A small choreo with different difficulty options to suit all levels.
Body and Facial Expression: Exercises focused on enhancing body and facial expression.
For Who and How Many?
This workshop is suitable for all levels, with options for varying skill sets. We will have around 15 participants to ensure an engaging and personalized experience. We highly recommend bringing knee pads or something to protect your knees, as well as socks. Feel free to bring heels!
Prices and Reservations:
This workshop costs 299 DKK (approximately 40€) for 90 minutes. You also have the option to purchase all five workshops for 1000 DKK (approximately 134€), or buy three workshops and get the cheapest one free.
