Lady Effulgent is committed to empowering individuals to embrace their bodies, regardless of size, shape, or ability, and her enthusiastic approach is contagious. She collaborates with Sweet Burlesque to organize events that inspire and engage audiences, ensuring everyone feels included. Her classes, covering topics like Burlesque History & Culture, Overcoming Stage Fright, and Stage Presence, aim to instill confidence, joy, and a sense of community among participants.

Arina Trostyanetskaya
Stilarter: Ballet
Arina Trostyanetskaya dimitterede fra Vaganova Balletakademiet i Sankt Petersborg som 17-årig og fortsatte straks sin uddannelse i Lausanne, hvor hun arbejdede med Maurice Bejart. Efter to alvorlige skader vendte hun tilbage til Rusland og begyndte at undervise og studere koreografi. Efter sin restitution kom hun med i Netherlands Dance Theatre II og efter tre sæsoner fortsatte hun til Dansk Danseteater i København. De seneste syv år har Arina haft succes som freelancekunstner og har samarbejdet tæt med institutioner som Det Kongelige Teater, Dansk Danseteater, Dansehallerne, Den Kongelige Svenske Opera og Folkoperan i Stockholm, Folkteatern i Göteborg, Bellevue Teatret i København, Helsingborg Stadsteater, MUOVI og Andersson Dance. Hun har undervist ved Danscentrums i Stockholm, Göteborg og Malmø, Göteborg Dance Company, Dansehallerne, Skånes Dansteater, Dansk Danseteater, Norrdans, Tivoli Ballet, samt professionelle uddannelser som Balettakademien, CCDS, Stepz og andre. Arina har også koreograferet værker for sig selv, sine kolleger og danseuddannelser og præsenteret sit arbejde ved festivaler i Europa og Rusland. Arina arbejder som billedkunstner og skriver poesi, og i sine seneste værker undersøger hun, hvordan hun kan skabe sin egen praksis ved at fusionere flere kunstformer.
