At Sweet Burlesque, we dance with heart and create a warm, welcoming space where you can express yourself freely.
We start with a fun and energetic warm-up on chairs and learn to dance with props like gloves, hats, and canes.
No matter your experience level, we promise lots of laughter, confidence boosts, and a stronger body awareness. Come as you are and let’s dance with joy together!

This class is designed to build technique, stamina, and flexibility, skills that can be applied to all dance styles. Strengthen the fundamental elements of your dance while training in a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

Introduction to Burlesque is for you who have no or little experience with Burlesque or would like to get a hang of the basics. No dancing experience is required - but we encourage you to bring a smile and an eagerness to learn! During the summer season you will be taught the art of Burlesque, using references to historic burlesque stars, as well as learn more about yourself and your body during dance classes. Most of our students leave every class with a smile on their face and a fantastic feeling in their bodies and we hope you will do too. Each week will be inspired by a different burlesque star and have a different focus.

In this class, we dive into both Burlesque and Cosplay, combining them with our love for great stories. We're excited to create new magic on great storytelling, sexy dance moves, and a fantastic community. The class begins with an intense warm-up, followed by learning choreography based on various themes and using different – often unusual – props like baseball bats, lightsabers, or mermaid tails.

Here you get the chance to experience or re-live the years of Sweet Burlesque through the most iconic choreographies of it’s history.

Unleash your energy and creativity with Urban Spotligt, a fusion of commercial dance and street jazz with a focus on creating dynamic dance videos. This class is designed for experienced dancers ready to level up their performance skills and explore bold choreography with a playful edge. We spend the first hour and 10 minutes warming up, boosting our confidence, stage presence, and attitude, and learning a new choreography each time. Then, we spend the last 20 minutes filming the choreography.
