Holdet er således tilrettelagt for dig, som gerne vil være mere smidig generelt - uanset hvor smidig du forvejen er. Vores stretch it hold er derfor for alle og der vil blive taget hensyn til folks forskellige niveauer og øvelserne vil blive justeret til dit specifikke udgangspunkt, så du får mest muligt ud af timen. Der vil blive lagt stor vægt på korrekt teknik, sikre strækøvelser og fleksibilitet specifikt for den voksne krop. Vi kommer igennem hele kroppen til hver time men vil have skiftende fokusområder undervejs.

The class is open to all genders.
Stretch it is for you who want to become more flexible in a safe and effective way. The class is tailored for those who wish to become more flexible in general - regardless of your current level of flexibility. Our stretch it class is therefore for everyone, and consideration will be given to people's different levels, with exercises adjusted to your specific starting point so you get the most out of the session. There will be a strong emphasis on correct technique, safe stretching exercises, and flexibility specifically for the adult body. We will cover the entire body in each session but will have changing focus areas along the way
