In this groove Lady Effulgent will talk about how to handle stage nerves and boost your confidence. You will be taught tools that you can use before and on the day to make sure that you can relax and enjoy the day together with the Sweet Burlesque family.
During the groove we will do exercises to try out the tools in practice, so you can get to know them in a safe and friendly environment.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring a pen and paper, headphones and water/water bottle.
